Nested IF help please

Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could help me please. I'm really struggoing with this for some reason

 

I have two columns, and I would like to create a new column that says True or Yes (doesnt matter really) if both columns have an entry in them.

How would I do this please?

Please try this ,
True/False = IF (
    NOT(ISBLANK(Orders[Sales Total]))&&  NOT(ISBLANK(Orders[SalesByCatergory])) , "Yes","No"
    )

        OR (
            ISBLANK ( 'Table'[Column1] ),
            ISBLANK ( 'Table'[Column2] )
        ),
        FALSE (),
        TRUE ()
    )

Column = IF('Table'[Column1] <> BLANK() && 'Table'[Column2] <> BLANK(),"True","False")
