Needing Help With a Quarterly Report

There is a way to put in the Month field, and not have it omitted from the report in SNOW (just had to use Opened or Start). Problem is though when I do that the formula goes completely wonky and everything gets thrown off, so there is something that's causing it to go haywire, and the only thing I'm doing is adding the Month field. So that's why I'm not sure how to fix it.
