It's possible if i want to hide total other column and show last column only.

In the matrix visual, the value of column/row header is not the column header in original table. You need to pivot your original table in query editor to change the values to column headers and drag specific columns to the matrix visual.

Few options. You can hide by placing a textbox with white back ground color over the other columns? That is the easiest way (and also the dirtiest way). Other option is to create a measure that reflects the 'total' column and put that in a seperate matrix.
