Need way to measure/filter with multiple values in multiple columns

I have a data set of about 100 companies that I would like to analyze on Power Bi. Within the data set columns, there are multiple multi-value columns.

For example a company is headquartered in NY but operates in 20 states across the US. The same company also serves multiple geographic reigons (rural, native colonies, city-wide, etc). The company as a whole has a total asset of 10 million.

For accurate visulaization, what do I need to do to be able to map all the operating states (it would be great if I can add a pin for where it is headquartered which is a seperate column), and have the company show up whenever any of the multi-values is picked. If I split these columns, should I do split to rows or columns? & if I split, won't the values such as the financial information be counted multiple times?
