I have 2 tables unrelated to many to many records for Key, Loc, Risk are the fields of both tables. From Table 2, I need to sum the amount for only the MImimun ENDR value for each key. Can anyone suggest the best way to accomplish this? The following is an example in Table 2 Power BI.
