Need to drill down from two different tables

Hi Guys,

I need to drill down a column which is available in another table, current column is opt for drilling is in another table.

Ex: Category name from category table is to drilled down to product name column in product table .

Is it possible to achieve this in Power BI ?. I know the general methods of drilling available in Power BI.

Kindly suggest me a way to achieve this or a short cut.

Thanx in advance.

Hi @saikarthick,

Do you mean the Drill down function as the snapshot shows? If so, I'm afraid it isn't available for now.  Please create an idea here.

Thanx Dale. I need to drill down on the same graph where columns are from different table, its client requirement. As far I know we have create a hierarchy on same table to drill down at different levels. My actual question is it possible to create a hierarchy on different table column values if its not on the same table.

Did you ever figure out how to do this?  I'm trying to do the same thing.
