Need to create a measure to count the number of items in the table visual

For example

S.no    text               output  value (count of sametext)            Rank based on output
1         red                                     3                                                         2
2         red                                     3                                                          2
3         red                                     3                                                          2
4         blue                                   4                                                           1
5         blue                                   4                                                           1
6        blue                                    4                                                           1
7         blue                                   4                                                           1

I need to create a measure for this last two columns.

Note: need only measure because we need to apply filters also.

Count = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table');ALLEXCEPT('Table';'Table'[text]))

ranking = 
RANKX(ALLSELECTED('Table'[text]);CALCULATE([Count]))
