For example
S.no text output value (count of sametext) Rank based on output

I need to create a measure for this last two columns.
Note: need only measure because we need to apply filters also.

Count = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table');ALLEXCEPT('Table';'Table'[text]))
ranking =
RANKX(ALLSELECTED('Table'[text]);CALCULATE([Count]))
