Need to change view of data in columns

Hello,

I would like to change columns' view in the below chart. I need that PASS data with color green would be at the bottom of the column and FAIL data with red color would be at the top of the column. I didn't find there I could change this.

Hi, @Anonymous

As is suggested by @Greg_Deckler , I created data to reproduce your scenario.

Table:

b1.png

'ISPASS' and 'Column' are calculated columns.

ISPASS =
IF(
    'Table'[Score]>=80,
    "PASS","Fail"
)

Column =
IF(
    'Table'[Score]>=80,
    1,0
)

Then you may make 'ISPASS' selected, go to 'Modeling' ribbon, click 'Sort by column' and make 'Column' selected. Finally you may get your expected result.

Best Regards

Allan

Hi @Greg_Deckler ,

Thank you for your effort, but your solution is quite complicated to use, as I thought that there is simpler way to do that.

Sorry, but no. You have to use a Sort By column otherwise Legends sorts alphabetically.

You can create a Sort By column for your Pass/Fail column.
