I have got a requirement to display the graph as it is in Power BI. Right now the graph is been built from COREL DRAW. Please help me how to build this.

You may use Stacked column chart, set show value as "Percent of grand total", turn on option "Data labels". If you need to see the detail data value, you can put cursor hover the related field in visual.
