Need to add columns side by side in a Matrix visual

Hi All,

         I need to create a visual like below in Power Bi. I need to show the Project,Target and Trend columns side by side in a Matrix visual but when i add the columns its creating hirarchy please help to get the desired output. The below visual is created in Tableau.

@Anonymous , Hybrid table is not supported. You can use some workarounds
