Need some advice for my first Power BI Presentation.

Hello everyone,

I am going to present the POWER BI dashbords to the upper management in 2 weeks,  actually this is the first time I will show them how Power BI looks like.  I already have several reports built  in the workspace, so just want to get some advises and suggestions regarding how should  I preprare for this presentation. 

I am trying to put an agenda togehter, any help and advise is well appreciated!

What content do your want to show about Power BI?

Power BI contains Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Power BI Mobile, the three parts are designed to let people create, share, and consume business insights in the way that serves them, or their role, most effectively.

For more details about the parts of Power BI, you could have a reference of this article.

You could introduce the common workflow of Power BI.

Normally, we can create the report in Power BI desktop and publish it to Power BI Service to share and collaborate with work partners. Also we could consume (view and interact with) the report in Mobile.

Power BI has many powerful features, but you should choose some of the features that are most helpful to your work to show to your upper management.
