I have a whole bunch of forms in excel which when i pull in sometimes has the same values but on different rows. So if I keep a range rows , i might sometimes miss the values im looking for. The issue is that I need to pull in the row that has a certain value, but i also need to pull in the next row which may or may not have a value, and the values will vary. So basiscally i need to find a range of rows but its condition is based on the value not the row number.
How do i find a position based on some text and then pull in that row and its 2 subsequent rows?
thanks

Hi vanessafvg,
Tables in Power BI don't have row numbers, so to achieve assigned row number, you should create an index as its row number column. Click Add Column->Index Column. Then you can create conditional column to achieve the row numbers.

@v-yuta-msft once you have got the index, how do you then though keep only a range of rows from that?
