Need help

Hello! I am newer to PowerBI and trying to re create a chart I have created in Excel. I want there to be two items in the x-axis. 

To further explain, I want the x-axis to be split into quarters but ALSO by region. So i want on the far left to show Q1-21 AMS and Q1-22 AMS, then i want there to be Q1-21 APJ and Q1-22 APJ, and so on. I hope this makes sense. I just need the x axis to not be sorted by just quarter, but my region too, and I can't figure out how best to go about that. 

I appreciate any insight with this, thank you!

Can you try adding the two fields in the X-axis section of Visualization pane as shown:

and then click on the highlighted button shown in the screenshot below:

The end result would be like:
