Need help with a filter -ALL / ALLEXCEPT

I am trying to create a saturation metric that includes the total count of activity for all filters context except 1 divided by the total context.  for example 500 for region, color, salesperson but 300 when I choose a color so over time I can see the stauration.

I tried using AllExcept and ALL but didn't have any success.  I am a bit new to DAX so any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

Hello @SWhiteMKL ,

This formula calculates the count of activities by removing the color filter but respecting other filters like region, salesperson etc

CountWithoutColor =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS('YourTable'),ALL('YourTable'[Color]))

This will calculate the count without considering color but will still apply filters on region and salesperson

CountWithoutColor =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS('YourTable'),
ALLEXCEPT('YourTable', 'YourTable'[Region], 'YourTable'[Salesperson]))

If you find this helpful , please mark it as solution which will be helpful for others and Your Kudos/Likes 👍 are much appreciated!

Thank You
