I have a requirement to show data in the below format .
But I have acheived is show below in screen shot .
This is because I have the Year on left handside coming from one table and all rows are coming from 3 different tables . I joined them at back end.
Could some one please help me with a solution ?

It seems that you have four tables to create the matrix. More details will be much helpful.

Sorry for the confusion. I have tried to explain more in detail below.
I have to create a matrix with below data .
For 2017 and 2018 , Customer has provided data directly which I can get it in power BI by creating a table .
However, for 2019 I have a query to run and get the count . Imagine there are no other tables involved as you have mentioned in reply above. This is raw data that I need to manually do a entry for 2017 and 2018 . For 2019, it should come from Query .
How can I get this ? Please help
