Hey,
trying to understand what our customers really want I am trying to set up a cross-selling analysis.
If already found several good explanations for doing so, just like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VE0V_WhzFOI
But that's not particular what I wanted. I want to take the sales volumne per product into this matrix analysis.
For example, one customer buys 2 pieces of product A and 3 pieces of product B. Another one buys 1 piece of product C and 3 pieces of product B. Then I would expect something like that:
Product | Product A | Product B | Product C | |
Quantity | 2 | 3 | 1 | |
Product A | 2 | 1 | ||
Product B | 3 | 1 | 1 | |
Product C | 1 | 1 |
Does anyone unterstand my issue and is able to help me?
Hi @TOK
Do you filter specific customers on the report and show the matrix as you provide above?
It seems you need to analyze the cross-selling based on selected customers, right?
Best Regards
Maggie
