Need help to create a sum for last cell, which summarize the positions before

Hi guys I am a problem, I Desktop which contain mutiple Artcle Numbers. For each Article number there are costs and the sales volume. The Reult muss return in a spcial cell benefit it. 

Give you an example: 

1 sales Volume: Chcoclate 10

                          Banana 12

                          Milk 8

2 Costs:             Chocolate 5

                         Banana 4

                         Milk 6

The result must come out in the same column. Which means i have to summarize the column within the coulmn. I need to be able to filter Article Number, there more than numbers. 

The Result has to come out in the same column. Which i have sum the Column in the last cell of the column. Do anybody have an idea?

Sales volume - costs. The result must accpear under the figures. You can work with conditional column. The result must be fitered later.
