Urgent help New to Power BI
I am using excel files placed at a Shared Folder. The excel files are present in different Sub-Directories and based on the report I need to refer either Purchasing or Sales or any other sub-directory
Like Excel_Data (Parent Folder) ,
Purchasing -> 3 excel file in this directory.
Sales -> 2 excel files on this sub-directory
and many more sub-directories
The admin while adding the Datasource in Gateway gave path till Excel_Data.
Now When I am trying to pull excel file from this datasource , it is listing all the excel files present in all the sub-directories (5 in this case) . If there are 100 excel file in 10 sub-directory it will list all 100.
Should The Datasource in Power BI Service need to define at Sub-directory level. SO that it will only refer related list of excel files rather than the complete list.
