Need help on Calculation

Hello,

I have a requirement as per screenshot below. It comes from one table with many columns.

Scope Impact Column {S1 reduction, S2 reduction}

MAAC Column {have positive and negative value}

IREC Availability Column {have postivie and negative value}

Payback Column {numeric value}

Can someone help me with the calculation? Should I created a calculated column in power query? I don't have the column for Points.

The result would see the point by project ID.
