Need help in Creating relationship

Hi all,

I have main two tables and created dependency table between these 2 tables to create a relationship.

I want to create one table visualization.

Here primary table is "Integration task" table as per below screenshot. Need to bring title and region columns from second table to primay table. Could you please check the relationship is there any modification in relationship.

Any best way to achive this solution.

What is the current result you get in a table visual? How does it not meet your expected result?
