Need help creating a subtotal

Hello,   I'm trying to create a subtotal for "Submitter" below, but not sure how to do it.  I'd like a subtotal row to be inserted after "Chris Hines" and it should say "3".  After Joy Lynne Burke ...

    # of appearence = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[Submitter]))
