Need help Creating report

Hi All,

 

I need help as I am creatign a report that brings back percentages of cells left blank - what I need help with is I am creating an interface for the report and I need for it to be selectable of which collumn to bring up, the issue I am having is I cannot use a slicer and just have all the fields there as a way of selecting them is there a workaround for this so I can have all fields be there ready to be selected?
