Need assistance transforming data from wide format to long format

I have some sample data in wide format shown below. My goal is to transform the data into a long format while mapping the data by the Company Names. An example of how I would like to see my output is also shown below:

I attempted to do this with the transpose tool in PowerBI, but have had no luck.
