Power BI : Get data from a folder, with excel files containing multiple sheets?

I'm new to Power BI and was looking for some guidance or help from the community..

I have large granular level datasets which are saved into a folder, for each of the respective 'Trading weeks' that have passed.
They are all excel files, however they have multiple sheets which as a result of the information for each days's sales being separated.

I know Power BI can get data from a file and update a table based on new files being added, however can it read all of the data from multiple sheets or will i need to amend the source file every time a new file is saved?
