Need Urgent help !!! with getting values from 3 different columns

Getting the data from multiple tables with no relation
1. emp Reference data (Fact Table Where all the details are present)

2. Calculated Table (where everything needed for the table is added)

3. because I dont have All th OU present in either of the table I have created union table of all
What I need 

Here in this matrix I am using Month of calculated table 
ou from union of ous from other fact tables- As planned employ have different ou which may or may not be in emp reference table for all months
It would be really helpful as I am stuck for 2 weeks now
