Need Help with data Table transformation

Need some help, I am trying to transofrm my data table (from a material handling system) into something a bit easier to perform some calculations from.  The data currently looks a little something like this, where I get a block of data approximately every 15 minutes for what each blender dispensed for a certain material running a certain recipe:

What I would like to do is get this a little more concise so that I have a single line for each blender, with new columns for each material and the usageLBS amount in that row.  See example of what I am trying to do here:

Can anyone help me out in this?

Just select these 2 columns in Power Query Editor, then click Transform - Pivot Columns:
