Need Help with Dax formulas

Hi, I need help with to write measures in two different problems as in the images below. Thank you in advance.

@Meghbajaj The first one is a basic lookup value situation:

Measure =
  VAR __FiscalYear = MAX('Table'[Fiscal Year])
  VAR __Table = FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),[Fiscal Year] = __FiscalYear)
  VAR __MaxDate = MAXX(__Table, [First Date])
  VAR __Result = MAXX(FILTER(__Table, [First Date] = __MaxDate),[Profit])
RETURN
  __Result

The second one is going to be something like:

Measure = 
  SUMX(
    GROUPBY(
      'Table',
      [ID]
      "__Value",SUMX(CURRENTGROUP(),[Salary])
    )
  )
