Need Help with DAX

I need Help with DAX,  in M-Code i achieved but i try to Create Calculated Column but its not working

 Custom Column in Power Query Editor

Test = if
List.Contains({"Project","Small Project"},[Type])
and (List.Contains({"Human Resources","Materials Management","Quote to Cash","Super Users Supply Chain","Supply Chain"},[Owner])
or List.Contains ({"Quote to Cash"},[Function])
or List.Contains ({"Commodity Planning","Corrections","Customer Service","Human Resources","Master Scheduling","Order Change Specialists","Production Planning","Purchasing"},[Business])) then "X"
else ""

I tried to achieve the same thing in the Calculated column but was unable, how do I fix it?
