Need Help With PowerBI Assignment

I need help with a PowerBI assignment for one of my classes and I'm stuck on how I would get each departments profitability, expenses, sales, and turnover on a monthly basis and create a visualization of it.  Below is some of the work I've done and I should point out that this is the only the second time I've used this program with the first being last week. I have tried to contact my professor but so far, he hasn't been much help and this is due this Friday night. If you need anymore details, please let me know and I'll provide them.

As you all know our organization has been experiencing some challenges the past couple of years. As such I have asked you, our Executive team, to evaluate our operations across all of our stores and make a recommendation of steps to take to right the ship and get our organization back on the right track.

After evaluating the recommendations of the Executive team we have decided to move forward with some changes designed to ensure our company can continue to exist to provide the level of service our customers have come to expect and to continue and provide a cherished working environment for our employees throughout the organization.

Effective immediately we have instituted the following changes:

• We have increased the salaries of all of our Employees by 7%. It is our hope that this increase will help our team maintain our customer service through this difficult transition.
• We have increased our training budget by 10% for all stores to ensure our team is staffed with the highest caliber of individuals.
• We have converted two indoor mall locations to free standing.
• Regrettably, we have reached the decision that the closing of some stores is unavoidable. As such we have begun operations to shut down our Toronto, Lawton, Reno, Colorado Springs, and Sioux Falls Stores.
