Hi , Anonymous
According to my local test using Card Browser, a visual, I have not been able to reproduce your problem, and I have not found a problem related to the problem you encountered on the internal problem website of Power BI for the time being, can you provide a test .pbix file that does not contain sensitive data that can reproduce this problem?
Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Hi v-yueyunzh-msft ! Thank you for taking the time in helping me with this matter. I am still new with a lot of Power Bi features. I just learned about the Card Browser tool just 2 days ago. Any help you are able to provide me would be highly appreciated. I am not sure if I am able to attach a file here, but please find the link to where you can download the .pbix file as well as my excel file (just in case I am doing something wrong). Please find the link to the files here.
Also, do you know how to make the email address into a clickable link?
Thank you again for your help.
