    ChalatC  Currently there is no such visual/chart available. If you want, so you could go with multiple visuals and place them togther to give it a similar look. Like With the help of Images (Up/down Arrow), Pie chart, Card visuals etc. And then club them together.

Right now, there is no such visual/chart available in Microsoft Power BI tool to fulfill your requirement. I am attaching the Microsoft Power BI Visualization types link, if you want you can go through it and get an idea of multiple visuals which may fit your further requirements.
