Need Help Dataset Stuck, Scheduled Refresh in progress...

Hi Bi Support Team, 

We have issue below,

Report can't update new data because dataset stuck on step refresh data.

I has: 
- Restart services gateway.

- Reboot OS.

- Reinstall software BI Gateway.

But not OK.
Pls help me.

    OneID_VN , I'd look at the server you have your Power BI Data Gateway sitting on as it looks like it is having issues with connectivity when you're refreshing data. Preferably it is in a stable environment, so it can keep up with the number of queries you have running on a scheduled refresh.

    Yes, we have Power BI Data Gateway on my system, hots on GCP.
    Pls note, affter firt time reboot Server or Restart services, refresh is OK. But, second time, not OK 😞


    I have multi data, BigQuery, Oracle, Dremio. Connect to data source via internal connect, it's stable --> I think connect not is problem.
