Neater Hyperlink Formatting

hi guys and girls. 

I've now got quite a bit of experience with DAX but I'm a complete newby to power BI visuals and I've run into a strange request from someone. 

we need to track 'jobs' as they progress through an order journey, I've numbered them in the image below to show how it progresses. we then want to link each to salesforce so that someone can look at the table, see where a job is sat in terms of the queue and click with ease and view the salesforce page of that job. 

there will only be one value per row, taking Biggar as an example on the below image, there will be no further values to the left or right of the 1 value and the link like so: 

I've created this visual by adding it in as a value to the table below the count and formatting it as an icon etc. this is pretty functional but doesn't have the greatest form. as we see there's a count and link for each column. 

what I'd like to know is whether or not there's a way to have a single column on the left or right of the table where I can place the hyperlink or if theres a way to make the 1 values into the hyperlink themselves? alternatively there may be some other way that I'm not considering, I really just want to neaten up the page slightly.

I've tried adding the hyperlink to columns etc. but it then creates a column for each unique hyperlink which is not what I want. 

hopefully someone can help or let me know if it's not possible!

@th031993 go to conditional formatting of your measure that is showing 1 and then use web URL as formatting and that is where you can give the column name used for hyperlink and your value of 1 will be turned into a hyperlink.
