Hi @Gofin  it depends on the needs It is not so general question because every feature has its advantages and limitations.
The first option you can use a "dashboard" (and not a report) on the service after publishing, you can pin the visuals from 1 / multiple reports, and then the visual works as a "hyperlink" to move to the detailed report.

limitations: there are no options to put slicers/lack of interactions between visuals on the dashboard.

More information about dashboards here :

Second option
Drill through with this option you can drill to more details filtered according to the context of the visual.

In your example the details of the slice of the donut.

More information about this option is here :

The third option is to use bookmarks

You can add a small button with "i" or something similar according to your design needs that will work as a link to the other page ( if you need the interactivity of the graph) or you can add blank button up to the graph and every click on it will take the user to the other page.

Hi @Gofin
you can achieved this with the help of drill through functionality. please check this video for proper guidance.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbplhqDCWOM

Or you can try chart with Tooltip functionality. refer below for detail.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEf77pl1-2E

Note: Your chart can not act as an action button directly. You have to select some value from chart then click on button to navigate. Only Buttons and Images have Nagivation properties.

I hope I answered your question.

Don't forget to give thumbs up and accept this as a solution if it helped you!!!
