NPS Score Calculation

I have a measure with NPS calculation as per below picture.  Right now I have it dividing it by total number of rows (or total number of entries/surveys).  I need to change it to based on IF the person answered the question in the column as it is not required on the survey (how likely are you to recommend..)   (to divide by total number of values in that column)   If the person did not answer the question, the visual should show (blank).         New calculation would be   %(9s+10s) - %(0 thru 6s) /  number of responses in that column  X 100

Try for total

calculate(countrows('30 days Survey'),not(isblank('30 days survey'[Rating])))

Change table and column name.
