I am trying to connect (get data) to one of the MySQL databases and receive an error: "An entry with the same key already exists".
I can't even see what tables are available.
When I use native SQL query or try to connect to other DB then problem doesn't occur.

Clear permissions in data source settings and try the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
It seems that the error is essentially a duplicate column name error,
