Hi, @RanHo

Make sure the current account can access data on MySql successfully and check if it have something to do with query timeouts.

@amitchandak  i already check the two scenario but still the same, then i decided to make a new report wherein I try load the table that has a fewer rows and it work without error . after I tried again the table that has a bigger data then it show an error, this error:
Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] MySQL: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding..

Does that mean the bigger data table causing the problem and error?
Any advice ? Thanks
'.

Hi @RanHo, There maybe two reason.

1) MySQL query timeout,

First, which you need to set from your database software (lets you are using MySQL Workbeach), then goto Edit-> Preference-> MySQL Editor-> MySQL Session, and change the below setting .

Second, You need to change in Power BI Server goto Admin Portal->Capacity Setting->Workload

2) Database permission releted issue: Clearing all data source permissions (File-->Options and Settings --> Data Source Settings --> clear each data source permission).
