Hello, I join this community with a problem that I have not been able to solve and hope that someone with the same experience can help me.
I already had a published report, with the same name, when making changes (add metrics, fields, etc.) only overwrite this and automatic (or on-demand) update (in the service) yielded the correct updated data, the source is SAP BW.
Recently the query from where the data was taken was changed, the source remains SAP BW and the gateway remains the same. The ancient report is overwritten with these changes; the problem occurs when the service updates the data and changes the figures, not because it has been changed, simply no longer seen, or appears as 0. And if this same report I download and update it on desktop, the figures are updated with the correct data. I attach an image of the changes I see:
Figures in Power Bi Desktop
Figures after the service upgrade:
Both the report you replace and the new report use the same gateway.
Does anyone have any experience with this kind of trouble?
Thank you very much for your help.

What happens if you manually refresh the report? Because report visuals do not refresh with dataset on service, you must refresh the report to update data from dataset. Also check the refresh history see if the dataset is refresh successfully.
