My data displayed as weird boxes in the powerbi desktop, it does not do it in the model or the table

I noticed this error today after upgrade to version 2.86.902.0 64-bit.  but the issue is so random, I could have missed it before the upgrade, my data randomly change to the weird boxes (2nd rows in my sample below).  This boxes seemed to only happen in the desktop, the field is varchar(200) and the boxes in the 2nd rows does not show up in in the source data files, the data warehouse tables or even filtering in the model, it's only show up in the powerbi desktop tool.  Any help to correct this issue is greatly appreciated

@Anonymous , Have you imported a csv file, seems like a character set setting issue.
