Hello,
I would like to plot on te same scatter chart points from different tables.
Basically I want :
Table 1 :
X; Y; ColorBoolean
Table 2 :
X'; Y'
with the dot from table 2 being another color than these of the table 1 's dots.
Do you have any idea how is thiss possible ? Is there an appropriate Custom Visual ?

No, it's not possible. Scatter chart is to describe the relationship between X-axis and Y-axis fields. You can only put single data field in either X-axis/Y-axis box. In your scenario, you have to separate into two charts.
