Is it possible filter by two diferents columns of two different column chart?

Not sure if I understand your requirement clearly. If we have a table like below. There is a column chart 1 for Year and Count of Country, another column chart 2 for Product and Sales. We want to filter the Company by the Year from chart 1 and Sales from chart2.
We’ll select the 2016 column in chart 1 to filter the products in 2016. But when we try to select the product in chart 2, the selection in chart 1 will be lost. I think you want to ask if we can keep the first selection in chart 1 when we select in chart 2, right? My answer is No, in this scenario, you can use Slicer visual to get the ultimate goal.
