Multiple OR statements with AND and NOT statements

I have the following formula I'm working on. I want to say if the column contains "error" and the other column is not letters D, W, I, A, F or R, then mark the new column as a true statement. Only the first statement with the D is pulling in properly but not all the other possible conditions.

Monday Errors = AND (

         Timesheet[Error] = "Error"

          , NOT Timesheet[Mon - Comment] IN { "D", "W", "I", "A", "F", "R" }

   )
