Multiple Incident employee count based on selected date range.

Hello,

I am looking for multiple incident employee count based on selected date range.
Deacription : - If any employee involved more then once incident in year need show, please see the below screenshot for more datails.
Location information form location table employee info from MIE table (relation many to one cross filter both dirction ) please help thank you.MIE .png

According to your description, here's my solution.

Sample:

Create a measure:

Measure =
VAR _count =
    CALCULATE (
        DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Table'[Incident Category] ),
        ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' )
    )
RETURN
    IF ( _count > 1, MAX ( 'Table'[Incident Category] ), BLANK () )

Get the correct result:
