Hi everyone,
Still quite new to PowerBI, we have several data sources from a SQL server for our Sales, Phone and Warehouse needs
I was able to create a PowerBI dashboard combining all tables from different sources but via Import Mode which we can only Refresh every 30 minute interval
What can be a good work around if I want the data to be updated more frequently?
We have PowerBI Pro and Premium per User license
Thank you

Hi @arpit2196 would you know if it's possible to just set the scheduled refresh during work hours? reason is that we dont want to stress out the database during off hours as no one is checking and just in case that anything would lock up which hopefully doesn't, then it would only happen during work hours.. thanks again
Hi @mangchaaBI ,
Please check the blog for detailed steps.
You will be asked to provide a name, start time, and interval for your flow.Regards,
@mangchaaBI , You need to explore the Direct query model for more frequent refresh
Hi @amitchandak thanks for responding, is Direct Query limited to one data source only? I tried this on one of my dashboard, and as soon as I add in another source it's prompting to change to Import mode
