Here is the screenshot of the sample data.
For the above data I am trying to create a dashboard that summarizes the manager's scores, the managers here are "Sivaprasad M", "Suresh Pillar" ..... "K Raja Kumara". I want the dashboard to give me an option of selecting the managers and upon selection of a manager, I want it to take the values that correspond to that manager i.e the values under the manager's name (For Eg: 91,84,76...83 would be scores for manager Sivaprasad M) and perform certain functions, graphs (Like average scores key attributes wise) and other visualizations based on that selection. I hope this is clear. TIA
