Hi,
I have a table with folder data in it. In some instances there are multiple levels of sub-folders, but the data comes through in the form of [folderId] and [parentId] so where a folder might show it's parent, it does not then go on to show if that parent has a parent. Currently a slicer with [parentName][folderName] only does one level down.
Below is a sample of the data.
How do I work with that so that I can do a multi level filter, or drill down?
I managed to achieve this when I export the data in XLS and then the folder heirarchy is provided as a single column with "folder 1/folder 2/folder 3/..." and I just split the data at "/" to multiple columns. Now that I am accessing the data directly, I need to know how to manipulate this 2 column only data.
Thoughts?
Thanks
