I am plotting data bars inside a matrix using conditional formatting in Power BI , I want specific color for each employee data bars so that its easier to recoginize.
Can you please help me achieve this scenario?

As @Vivek26 said, there's currently unsupported. However, here's a workaround in this similar post you can refer to
Solved: Can we change the colors of data bars In table - Microsoft Power BI Community.
The workaround is to put a bar chart next to a matrix and just lined them up as opposed to an actual data bar within the table.

This is not currently possible to give different bar colours in Matrix grid according to different employees.
