We have an evaluation form and with rows of responses, questions are the column headers.
We have graded some of the responses Low Medium or High so its easy to view/analyse in Power BI.
Some of the responses sit better in different columns. How can I move/merge them to appear in a new cell but as part of the original repondents comments.

FILTER('Table', [Level] = EARLIER('Table'[Level])),
'Table'[Question],
", "
)

Hi,
In the Query Editor, select all columns others than the Question columns. Right click and select "Unpivot Other Columns". Rename the attribute column to Questions. Click on Close and Apply.

Thanks, this does work in some ways but my questions are along the top:
question
| Question1 | Rating | Question2 | Rating | Question3 | Rating |
| Answer1 | High | Answer1 | Low | Answer1 | Medium |
| Answer2 | Medium | Answer2 | High | Answer2 | Medium |
| Answer3 | Low | Answer3 | Medium | Answer3 | High |
Hi @Whibley92
The description of what you want to do is lacking in detail and a visual explanation (images and text) would help.
Please supply some sampel data we can work with too.

Phil
