Moving Average turn messy on the table for the data has no value

Dear all , 
I'm new here and doesn't know what's going on here with the Moving Average measure. When i input this into table . it displays all of the data with has no qty. May i know what happen here ? and i had table relationshhip between date table , plate number table and daily turn around table.

How did you create that measure? Would you please provide some dummy data and clarify the logic to get desired results for our test? 

By the way, Issues forum is to report a bug. If you have issues regarding DAX, please post a thread in Desktop forum, provide some sample data and clarify desired results.

hi all , what i want is , measure should not display the row with no value of the qty. it should be only the row that has qty. Thx
