I have following tables
Is there a way to not always call query for table A on refresh since the data is historical and I was just hoping to export all that data from Power Query and create new table and remove table A but exporting that table only exports 1000 rows since in Power Query you have to constantly sccroll down in order for more data to show in preview.

Are you using the import mode when importing? If so, in Power Query right click on the 2023 query and deactivate Include in Report Refresh.
Hope this helps
