More efficient way to handle my queries

I have following tables

  • Table A - uses API call to fetch data for 2023
  • Table B - uses API call to fetch data for 2024
  • Calendar

Is there a way to not always call query for table A on refresh since the data is historical and I was just hoping to export all that data from Power Query and create new table and remove table A but exporting that table only exports 1000 rows since in Power Query you have to constantly sccroll down in order for more data to show in preview.

Hi @stribor45

Are you using the import mode when importing? If so, in Power Query right click on the 2023 query and deactivate Include in Report Refresh.

Hope this helps
